Clinique's RINSE OFF Foaming Cleanser II is primarily intended to cleanse and refresh skin without leaving it tight or dry.

Wet your face with lukewarm water.
Apply a small amount of cleanser to hands and gently rub into a lather.
Massage the foam over the face avoiding the eye area.
It does not produce foam, nor does the smell convince me. After use, the skin is slippery. Does not leave a feeling of cleanliness or freshness on the skin. For being from Clinique I was disappointed.
Very aggressive with the eyes, although in the description it says that you have to avoid the eye area, I went in a bit and thought I would get to the emergency room, fatal... it leaves the skin tight but at the same time unctuous.
