Clean and dry the affected area. Make sure there is no cream or oil on the affected area.
Warm the dressing with your hands to improve initial adherence to the skin.
Leave the dressing on the skin until it comes off on its own. The duration may vary depending on the person. Maximum duration of use per dressing: 7 days.
To remove the dressing, carefully lift one edge and gently peel it away from the skin.
Do not use on irritated skin or on open or infected wounds.
