It is a dressing with salicylic acid in the center of the dressing. Soak callus in lukewarm water for 5 minutes before application.

Hold in place until it starts to peel off.
After a maximum of 48 hours, remove the dressing.
Then soak the affected area in lukewarm water for 5 minutes before removing any dead skin.
Repeat this procedure as needed up to a maximum of 14 days.
